Insanity day 40; max Interval Training

Did better today; don't know if it was the extra carbs taken in today or if I actually am getting better--maybe a little of both. It is the best workout I have had all week :) Don't want to get too cocky just yet; I usually get my butt handed to me in a big way when I start thinking I am getting good. |
