Little Feat - Oh, Atlanta from "Skin It Back - The Rockpalast Collection"

For more info - www.eagle-rock.com This Little Feat DVD continues our series of releases from the archives of legendary German TV series Rockpalast. Filmed at the Grugahalle in Essen in 1977, just a few days before the recording of their legendary live album "Waiting For Columbus", this DVD captures the classic seventies Little Feat line-up led by the late Lowell George at the very peak of their powers. Also featured as a bonus is almost 30 minutes of never before seen alternative rehearsal versions including material that didn't make it into the final show. The setlist includes the classic tracks "Skin It Back", "Fat Man In The Bathtub", "Oh Atlanta", "Dixie Chicken", "Willin'", "Feats Don't Fail Me Now" and more. Bonus tracks include Rock n Roll Doctor which was dropped from the final set. At the airport wandering around with Kendra, the keyboardist on tour, during a layover. Sorry, I know my voice is excruciatingly gaspy and more hoarse-sounding than it already usually sounds. But it's because my voice really dries out on airplane rides haha. Just thought I'd share our interesting finds in one of the stores there.
